Bianca Alexander, Esq. Attorney and mediator Bianca Alexander is licensed to practice law in Washington State and Arizona and her primary areas of practice are Business Law, Construction Law and Real Estate Law. She is an experienced litigator and trial attorney representing developers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals and individuals in commercial and construction litigation for the past fourteen years.

Ms. Alexander has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in state courts, administrative tribunals, courts of appeals, mediations and arbitrations and has negotiated millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of her clients. She is also admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and has litigated before this and other federal courts. She has further litigated pro hac vice and in association with local counsel in California, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado and Texas.

Furthermore, Ms. Alexander provides business transaction services assisting clients in negotiating and drafting business agreements, forming business entities such as partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations and joint ventures, purchasing and selling a business, and many other types of agreements and documents used in business and the construction industry. She serves as general counsel for various construction companies assisting them in all aspects of construction from the initial site planning and development to contract management procedures and final payment. She also handles a full range of real estate matters assisting clients with the development, acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of commercial properties including office buildings, multi-family properties and retail centers.

In addition, Ms. Alexander acts as mediator impartially assisting participants in resolving their disputes and facilitating settlement agreements in business, construction and real estate matters. She is an avid promoter of alternative dispute resolution such as mediation, arbitration and collaborative law process in lieu of lengthy and expensive litigation.

Ms. Alexander received her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 2002 and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Arizona State University in 1998.
